I am a strong believer in everything implicit in the term
"open source ecology", even if my interpretations are at times
heterodox and, to many, heretical. I am an architect by profession and a
theorist, social critic, philosopher, urban designer, and car designer by
inclination. I believe that important non-technological systemic issues are
often absent from the debate around sustainability, issues whose inclusion can
radically change the way one thinks about technological solutions. I offer the
role of devil's advocate at the very least; hopefully much more.
