CAD Development - Visual Diffs

    I ran across a very interest blog entry by EvilMadScientist that describes methods for making visual diff images.  While the technique is illustrated using circuit diagrams and boards, it could also be applied to the kinds of projects that OSE works on.  See http://www.evilmadscientist.com/article.php/visdiff

  • That's a really great idea Mark! 

    It looks like I'm confirmed to head to FeF for November and one of the things I'm going try and do is implement a method of making remote help with CAD and drafting possible. This type of approach would be great to accompany new revisions of drawings to easily see what the changes are. After all rev description changes can only do so much.
