    Hello,

I just wanted to share a research paper I completed for NJIT.  I turned it into a google doc and am pasting a link.

I was also wondering if I could get some input on Open Sourcing Home builds.  Basically, my goal was too find some unincorporated land to start documenting each and every aspect of building the house from slabwork to roof.  I don't know if anything like this has been done yet and I think it would greatly reduce the cost of homes (especially using interlocking CEB's).  I figure standard plans can be made up for 3 bedroom homes with 2 bathrooms about 1500 sq ft.  This way anyone can replicate them and know what goes into a home build.  The great thing about interlocking CEB's are that all the plans are generally 3D and color coded.  That way a person know exactly which row and column each style brick goes.  A person with little to no education can build with these.

I would really like to hear everyone's input on this idea as well as my paper.
