    To make the OSE a reality the first things one needs to have is basic skills. To do that an instruction material that simplifies the principles behind the machines is indispensable. I work on ships industry and the CBT (computer based Training) materials with their rich graphics and animation do wonders to the skills of the workers. This training materials are extrimly expensive but they are with in the scope of the OSE.
