Collaboration discussions from the wiki

    Our wiki has a category named Collaboration Discussions, whose pages are copies of email messages or maybe transcriptions of discussions.
    Those pages were created when OSE didn't have this discussion forum.

    My suggestions:
    1) Any new discussions should be posted on the discussion forum instead of being copied to the wiki
    2) Existing discussions found on the "Collaboration Discussions" wiki category should be copied to the discussion forum, and their respective wiki page should contain only a link to its new URL inside the discussion forum
