i found this and some other interesting reads, i dont think its big enough for what OSE needs however its a start

I knew that site before, it's very interesting. They also have several plans for homebuilt tractors.
Maybe they would be a better basis for an open-source-tractor than a skidsteered Lifetrac III .Just turn a skidsteered vehicle around several times on grassland ...

Nice! Ya I wouldn't mind getting involved with the cement mixer design. Anyone here involved with it and started on the design yet?
